Making a connection starts with trust. This notice explains how Living Learning handles personal information when you use this website or get in touch about our education consultancy services.
Who we are and how to contact us
Living Learning is responsible for the personal information it collects through this website and in enquiry correspondence. If you have a question about your information or would like to exercise your privacy rights, please email hellolivinglearning@gmail.com.
Information you share with us
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, organisation, organisation type and the message you provide. We may also keep the information you share in subsequent correspondence.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information or information about children in your enquiry. A general description of your project is enough to start the conversation.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand the support you are looking for, discuss potential consultancy work and manage our correspondence.
Our lawful basis for responding to general enquiries is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact Living Learning about its services. Where you ask us to take steps towards a consultancy agreement, we process the relevant information to take those steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Website services and enquiry notifications
This website uses Lovable for hosting and enquiry storage. It also loads fonts from Google Fonts. These services may receive technical information needed to serve the website, such as your IP address and browser information.
Where enquiry email notifications are enabled, the details you submit may also be sent to Living Learning’s Gmail inbox. Google provides the email service used for this correspondence.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, or to meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether it leads to an ongoing working relationship.
Your choices and privacy rights
Under applicable UK data-protection law, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion, restrict how it is used, object to certain uses or request a portable copy. These rights depend on the circumstances and are not absolute.
To make a request, contact hellolivinglearning@gmail.com. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data-protection regulator.
Cookies and browser storage
Publisher sign-in uses essential browser storage to maintain a signed-in session. This enables the authorised publisher to manage website articles. Website services may also process technical information as described above.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the way we handle information changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
